I am offering my coaching services through More Than a Cup of Sugar Inc.
I want to share the wisdom I have learned, the tools I have used to heal myself and help others heal, and the belief that you, too, can heal!
These types of services can be very expensive; therefore, through this non-profit, I can provide my services affordably.
I believe that everyone should have access to mental health services and access to a healthier life.
My Philosophy
My philosophy is this: If you cannot change the circumstances outside of yourself, turn your focus inward.

I believe in the power of choice and inner power. If I can change something, I figure out how and if I cannot, I change how I perceive it, prioritize it, embody it, or approach it.

Nothing in this life gets to control you. You decide how you feel, react, think, speak, act, and live.
